It is your responsibility to check all the proofs very carefully and make any amendments necessary and then sign and return by post/email.
Payment for your full order must be received before work can be started.
Your order will take 14-21 working days to complete from approval of your order, provided we have received payment in full & all the information needed for your order.
Colour of the materials may vary slightly. If the variation is noticeable we will contact you for approval before we go ahead,
Due to some of our stationery being handmade it is inevitable there will be slight variations. Last minute orders may be possible depending on how busy we are. Please email us with your requirements. Delivery is charged between £4.95 -£10 dependant upon the size of your order. Service - Delivery is usually made via Royal Mail and a signature will be required upon receipt. We are happy to post to an alternative address (e.g. your workplace) if you would prefer. Timescale - Once orders have been processed and despatched, they are usually delivered within 3 working days.
Loss/Damage - Crafty Creations-Wedding Stationery cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay or damage to parcels once they have been despatched.
Extra Postage - Please note that when posting your cards, some of these designs may require large letter stamps instead of standard stamps, due to the depth of the cards. Royal mail state that they should be no thicker than 5mm for a standard stamp. We accept Paypal as well as cash, personal cheque's & postal orders.
